While in-country, she provides home health services, outpatient services and provides continuing education for local clinicians including delivering and training them in the use of specialized therapeutic equipment.

Tenacious
Thrive Abilities began raising funds for a wheelchair accessible van in early 2022 and was featured in the Santa Barbara Independent in March and April.
Collaborating with Direct Relief, Thrive Abilities was able to mobilize a wheelchair accessible van to assist with evacuating disabled individuals in areas affected by conflict.
In June 2022, Tupchyk will again travel to Ukraine to collaborate with clinicians in-country as they serve populations disproportionately affected by the conflict.

Visionary
All people deserve dignity, quality therapeutic care and housing they can access safely and easily.
Thrive Abilities wants to empower communities in Ukraine to provide accessible care for people with disabilities regardless of income. Rehabilitation services and access to assisted living will enable Ukranians with disabilities to thrive now and in the future.
Outpatient services and home health therapy will enable people with short and long-term disabilities to access the care and rehabilitation they need.
